Casa Grande, a grand vacation house, has all the comforts of a luxurious hotel with many extras such as a fabulous atrium with spa and wet bar, water volleyball, dining under the stars on the brick paved, covered deck with an outdoor stereo for your listening pleasure. This elegant lake house says, "Let the good times roll."
The home is in a pristine setting on the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas just 60 minutes northwest of Austin and 90 minutes north of San Antonio. It is only 4 1/2 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. There is also a guest house that sleeps up to 6 more people.
The impressive atrium has a magnificent soaring ceiling, tiled floors, beautiful woodwork and plenty of windows for viewing the lake. It is a bright and airy room, ideal for relaxing in the spa or sipping your favorite beverage from the wet bar. This is a favorite room for guests!

The boathouse has an extra large deck ideal for getting that great tan and watching the activities on the lake. There are 3 electric lifts for boats and three personal watercraft ramps. Guests love diving from the diving board on the upper deck. The upper deck is a popular gathering spot.
The property is designed for having fun on the lake with 150 feet of waterfront. Guests enjoy swimming in the lake, playing water volleyball, waterskiing, boating and jet skiing, fishing, and just relaxing by the water and watching the activity on the lake.
Beautiful views of the lake
With 6 separate seating areas on the decks and porches facing the lake, you will have plenty of beautiful lake views and several conversation areas to mingle and visit with your friends. There is seating for over 20 guests.

Beautiful oak trees shade the large, lush lawn. The breeze from the lake and the shade of the trees provide a nice setting for enjoying the beauty of the lake.The home is ideal for family vacations, reunions, seminars and corporate retreats. Old-fashioned streetlights line the property for added ambience at night. The entire property is well lighted so that when the day is done the fun continues. Evenings on the decks, under the stars and moon is the perfect way to end the day on the lake.
Casa Grande Living and Dining Rooms
There is plenty of room to spread out on the huge sectional sofa with 2 recliners and watch TV on the 36" screen with VCR and cable TV. The home is also wired for stereo in each of the rooms with separate volume controls in each room.
Stonework benches, beautiful woodwork and the large fireplace add the feeling of being at an exclusive lodge. The stained, beaded tongue and groove, vaulted wooden ceiling adds extra warmth and beauty to the room.
Kitchen
The kitchen at Casa Grande has everything you need to prepare your meals. All you need to bring is your food and drinks. A side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door and an extra full sized freezer are provided.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 people comfortably. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 guests.
(An additional 6 people can sleep in the Guest House if it is rented with the main house. The Guest House is a private suite joining the main house. It has one bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a living room, kitchenette and bathroom.)
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dressers, and a private bath with a shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is on the lower floor and has two queen-sized beds, 1 twin and 1 futon, and a shower and sink. This bedroom also has a table and 4 chairs for games, eating, etc. A washer and dryer are located off this bedroom. This is a large bedroom and has a nice view of the water.
Living Room of the Guest HouseThe living room of the Guest House has its own private entrance and comfortable seating plus a sofa bed for extra guests. A second entrance is in the dining room.

The dining area of the Guest House seats 8. The kitchenette has a stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. A private entry leads to the deck and outdoors. The dining room has a view of the lake.
Bedroom of the Guest HouseThe Guest House bedroom sleeps 4 with two queen-sized beds. The sofa in the living room also makes into a bed that can sleep 2 more people. There is a nice view of the lake from the bedroom.
There is one bathroom in the Guest House.

The Main House - limit 12 people - $800 per night
The Main House and Guest House - limit 18 people - $950 per night
Security Deposit - $1000 (refundable within 30 days of departure, less $200 cleaning fee)Stay 5 nights and get the 6th night Free
DEPOSIT DUE WHEN THE FACILITIES ARE RESERVED. TOTAL AMOUNT MUST BE PAID AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN OR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELED AND DEPOSIT RETAINED BY CASA GRANDE LAKE HOUSE!
