The Farm House Restaurant has been a favorite Hill Country tradition for 35 years. The delicious "home cooked" meals have attracted famous customers such as Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette and Tommy Lee Jones.

This famous restaurant is located in Granite Shoals, a popular vacation community on Lake LBJ in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas Hill Country, 7 miles west of Marble Falls and 60 miles northwest of Austin.

Pat Heinecke, the owner of the Farm House Restaurant, has used her expertise to expand and enhance the menu and guarantee a fun time for the entire family.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights offer "All You Can Eat meals". You can choose from the Mexican Dinner or Catfish on each of the nights. The Mexican Dinner includes: enchiladas, tamales, tacos, chili conqueso, rice and beans, chips and salsa. The Catfish Dinner includes: catfish, french fries, hush puppies and cole slaw.

Daily and Sunday Lunch Specials are popular with the local residents and tourists.

The appetizer section includes a number of mouth watering selections including: "Nuts & Bolts" (deep fried mushrooms, yellow squash & zucchini), stuffed jalapenos, onion ring platter, potato skins "loaded," Texas toothpicks and many other great tasting appetizers.

There are many seafood and steak selections to choose from including: jumbo shrimp, stuffed crab, fried oysters, grilled fish, frog legs or a seafood platter.  Other delicious choices are T-Bone Steaks, Rib Eye Steaks, Chicken Fried Steak, Hamburger Steak, and Stuffed Hamburger Steak.

Also try our chocolate meringue, lemon meringue, coconut meringue and pecan pies for dessert.  Also for dessert try the Farm House's famous peach cobbler.  It is better than Grandmas!  Homemade bread pudding is also a special treat at the Farm House Restaurant.

The Farm House Restaurant also serves: burgers, sandwiches, Mexican food and chicken. A children's menu and a Senior Citizen's menu are also available.

Beer & Wine are available, including imported beer and wine.  

Happy Hour with appetizers is from 4:00 to 6:00 each day.
