Grand View Villa waterfront vacation home is on popular Lake LBJ and has everything you need for the perfect vacation at the lake. The lake house is conveniently located in Oakridge Estates between Horseshoe Bay and Horseshoe Bay West. The lake home is only 60 minutes from Austin and 85 minutes from San Antonio.

Lake LBJ is normally a constant level lake and provides the very best in water activities including; boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, swimming and fishing.
Upon entering the lake home, guests are amazed at the beautiful view of the lake from the living room. The view from the kitchen and master bedroom of the lake home are also spectacular.
The living room has a 61" TV with cable TV, VCR, and DVD.
The two story lake home has large wrap-around decks on both floors which provide a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the lake and watch the boats and other water activity on the lake.

Grand View Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2 living areas. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The lower level has a den, one bedroom, and a utility room.
There are outside decks on both levels which provide a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the lake and watch the boats and other water activity on the lake.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom at Grand View Villa offers an unbelievable view of the lake. Wake up to an incredible vista of the lake, or gaze at the moon and stars on the water in the evening. The many windows in the bedroom allow almost an unlimited view of the lake. There is truly a magnificient view from the comfort of your bedroom.
The master bedroom has a door leading to the wrap-around deck. It also has a TV.
The second bedroom also has a view of the lake from smaller windows. It has a queen sized bed.
There is a Hollywood bathroom with tub/shower between the two upstairs bedrooms with each bedroom having a 1/2 bath and sharing the remainder of the bathroom.
Downstairs Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom is off the den. It has a bunk bed that can sleep two adults or three children. The den has a TV, and a futon that can sleep 2 people. There is also a bathroom downstairs. For families this is an ideal situation. The children have their area downstairs and the adults area is upstairs.
There are views of the water from both the den and the downstairs bedroom.
Enclosed Courtyard
The home has an enclosed, private courtyard with a fountain. The courtyard is ideal for games, picnics, sunbathing, etc.

Smoking outdoors only. No smoking indoors.
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

There is ample parking for cars in our carport and driveway.
