Grand View Villa waterfront vacation home on popular Lake LBJ has everything you need for the perfect vacation at the lake.  The lake house is conveniently located in Oakridge Estates between Horseshoe Bay and Horseshoe Bay West.  Only 60 minutes from Austin and 85 minutes from San Antonio, the location is ideal for any getaway.

Lake LBJ is normally a constant level lake and provides the very best in water activities including; boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, swimming and fishing.

The Bunk House

The Grandview Villa property also has a separate bunk house that is available to rent.  The Bunk House sleeps 4 and is ideal if you'd like to have a separate place for teens or kids to have some additional privacy and quiet for the grown-ups in the main house.  The Bunk House has a 61in TV that is great for movies and gaming.  It also has wireless internet (as does the main house).  Add it to your rental for only $50 more per night.

Upon entering the lake home, you will be amazed by the beautiful view of the lake from the living room.  The view from the master bedroom is also spectacular.

The living room has a 47" LCD TV with cable, home theater, and DVD player.

The house has large wrap-around decks on both levels which provide several places to relax.

Downstairs Den

The home's modern kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to provide the meals and snacks for your lake vacation. All you need to bring is the food and drinks.

Grand View Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2 living areas in the main house together with the bunk house, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 people.  The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bathrooms.  The lower level has a den, one bedroom, and a washer and dryer. 

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom at Grand View Villa offers an unbelievable view of the lake.   Wake up to an incredible vista of the lake, or gaze at the moon and stars on the water in the evening. The master bedroom has a door leading to the wrap-around deck.   It also has an LCD TV.

The second upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a half bath and shares the remainder of the bathroom.

The downstairs bedroom is off the den and has a queen-sized bed..  The den has a TV, and a futon that can sleep 2 people.  There is also a full bathroom downstairs.  The den has an ice maker and fridge in a wet bar.  Double doors open on the beautiful lower level patio.  The patio is cooled by ceiling fans and leads down to the water and boat dock.

Enclosed Courtyard

The home has an enclosed, private courtyard with a fountain and patio.   The courtyard is ideal for games, picnics, sunbathing, etc.

Winter Texans:  Ask us about our special monthly rates during the late fall and winter months.

Smoking outdoors only.  No smoking indoors.
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
A maximum of 8 guests in the main house; 12 when bunk house is also rented.
There is ample parking for cars in our carport and driveway.
