Enjoy 150 feet of private waterfront, a 100 ft. waterfront sundeck, new covered boat dock with electric lift and large grassy yard at Heron’s Landing on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. This home has three bedrooms, one large game room/kids bedroom and three baths.

This one-story, 2,600 sq ft home has been completely remodeled and redecorated in the last year. A game room / bonus room has been added to provide indoor entertainment and additional sleeping for multiple families. The kitchen has also been upgraded with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and more! As you will see by all the upgraded amenities mentioned below, and the pictures provided, Heron’s Landing has all a large family or multiple families could want in a memorable vacation at the lake!

Waterfront Deck

A 100 ft. sundeck is great for sunbathing and relaxing. A new covered boat dock with electric lift is also available for you to use. You can tie two boats to the deck, and put one on the lift!

Beautiful, huge trees in the back yard near the lake provide privacy and shade.  A small brick patio with a swing near the water is an inviting, shady spot to sit and enjoy the action on the lake.

Heron's Landing vacation lake house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient boat ramp, near good restaurants and Buchanan Dam.  It is easily accessed from Highway 29.

The lake house is centrally located between Burnet, Llano and Kingsland, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  Heron's Landing is only about 60 minutes northwest of Austin and 85 minutes north of San Antonio.

A covered porch off of the back includes two comfortable patio tables, 8 chairs, two grills and steps leading down to the grassy yard, brick patio and ultimately, the sundeck on the water.

The front area welcomes guests with its park benches and sitting area.  

The 150 foot wide, attractively landscaped front yard, with its circular driveway, provides easy access and extra parking for cars and an RV under the covered RV port. 

Living Room

Five large french windows overlook the water in this oversize living area, complete with cozy brick fireplace, two full-size leather sofas (one is a sleeper), two recliners and two new ceiling fans. There is also a Sony flat screen television with HDTV and surround sound, DVD player and Sirius satellite radio.

The dining area is an extension of the kitchen, which also flows into the living area. An oversize kitchen island/bar with granite countertops has seating for six, with two additional seats at a bar table. As you head into the living area, there is also a teak table with seating for up to eight.

Relax in front of the fireplace and watch TV in the living room while enjoying great views of the lake through the picture windows.

Kitchen

Newly remodeled, the kitchen has granite countertops throughout with slate tile backsplash. All new appliances are stainless steel, including the gas stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and separate ice maker. Additional "accents" add to its beauty, such as new drawer and cabinet pulls, stainless steel double sink with vegetable sprayer/soap dispenser and steel, decorative shelves.

Large game room -- sleeps six!

Perhaps the most unique and convenient space is the large game room / bonus room for everyone to enjoy indoor activities. Entertainment includes a newly recovered pool table (and ping pong table top), foosball table and media center with television and DVD. Three twin beds with pull-out twin beds underneath provide sleeping for six (without having to blow up air mattresses, or pop up any trundle beds)! A refrigerator, full bath and washer and dryer are also included. French doors and windows provide ample light and access as well.

Master Bedroom

Master bedroom has a view of the water with a full-size, wrought iron sleigh bed (with Simmons pillow top Beautyrest mattress), new ceiling fan and dresser.  It also has a flat screen television. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, standup shower, granite countertops and new fixtures.

Second and third bedrooms have full-size beds, ample closet space and are both freshly decorated. The second bedroom has a view of the water and both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

$500 per night, minimum of 7 night stay - $3,500 per week.
