Want a break?  Leave your cares behind and come on down!  Living on the lake is slow and easy.  This family friendly house is located on Inks Lake, Texas in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country only 50 minutes northwest of Austin and 80 minutes north of San Antonio.

This is the perfect place for year round fun.  Every season has its special charm and you will enjoy your stay whenever you visit.  Spring wildflowers bloom from early March until June and are absolutely beautiful!  During fall and early winter we have some of the best weather in the country.  Winter Texans love our mild winter climate and come back year after year to our area.

Boat Dock and Swimming Deck

Dive off of the swimming deck into some of the nicest water in Texas.  Fish from the deck or from your boat.  The fishing is great!   Tie your boat up to our dock for easy access.  You can launch your boat from the property owners' park nearby.  If you don't have a boat, you can rent one locally.  Boat on over to the Catfish Barge for a great lunch or dinner on the lake.

Inks Lake is a "constant level" lake which provides the best in year round boating, swimming and water sports.   You always know just how high the water is going to be!  You can rely on Inks Lake to be at its best.  One of the prettiest lakes in Texas, Inks Lake has outstanding views of the water, beautiful trees, Inks Lake Bridge and Buchanan Dam.   Being sheltered from the wind makes it one of the best lakes for boating and waterskiing.

Sun yourself on our sandy beach and wade and splash in the water.  You will find that the swimming is great at our lake rental house.

Living Room

This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house can accommodate up to 8 people.   The living room has a fireplace and plenty of room to relax after a fun day on the lake.

Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the large upper deck and the patio.  The living room and the downstairs bedroom also have nice lake views.  The house was designed to maximize the enjoyment of the lake.   Whether you are staying for a weekend, a week or longer, you will love it here!

The large country dining room also features a fireplace for cozy gatherings.  The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare a snack or a complete meal.

Rental Pricing:
Two Night Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) - $795
Three Night Weekends - $995 (includes Thursday or Sunday nights)
Three Night Midweek Stays - $695
Four Night Midweek Stays - $850
Five Night Midweek Stays - $975
There is also a one-time $85 cleaning fee per stay
Pricing is for up to 6 to 8 people.  There is an extra charge for over 8 people.
