This two bedroom, two bath cottage has a huge, multi-level deck from which you
can view the sunrise over the Lake and sunset over the hills.

The living room has 16' of glass front providing beautiful views of Lake LBJ
from inside the home. Adjoining the living room with its wood-burning stove are the
kitchen and dining areas. |
Color TV, VCR, microwave, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, covered parking,
central heat and air-conditioning are among the amenities. The deck area features
several comfortable seating areas and a bar-be-que.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The downstairs bedroom
has a king-sized bed. There is also a futon in the living room.
Things to do in the area:
- Year-round fishing and boating on beautiful Lake LBJ
- Several golf courses are nearby and open year-round
- Nature is all around you in this beautiful, quiet area
- Shop in the local towns for gifts, antiques, clothing and more
- Visit the museums in the local towns just a few minutes away
- Special events are planned in some of the local towns for Winter Texans
- Take scenic drives along the winding roads around the lakes and hills.
- Dine out in the local restaurants - Home cooking, seafood, BBQ, Steaks, Chinese,
Italian, pizzas, subs, burgers, and more.
- Birdwatching is at its best during the winter months
- Austin and San Antonio are only about 60 to 90 minutes away for shopping
- Visit the Community Center in Kingsland for meals and games
- The 8 screen movie theatre in Marble Falls is only a few minutes away
- Three more lakes are only a short drive
- Visit historic Fredericskburg and shop at their shops about an hour away

We are sorry but no smoking is allowed inside the home.
Small pets are allowed, with deposit.
Our Rates:
January, February, March, April rates are $750 per month (includes all utilities).
We believe that you will love staying in our cottage
