Welcome to Kat's Landing vacation lake house on the Colorado Arm of beautiful Lake LBJ in central Texas. Kat's Landing is the ideal spot for your next vacation or weekend getaway. You will love Kat's Landing!
This vacation lake house has everything you need:
It has a covered boat house with electric lift for your boat, a deck on the water for sunbathing, fishing and swimming, a deck and a large covered porch overlooking the lake activities, and a large, gently sloping back yard that is shaded by large pecan trees. During pecan season you are welcome to as many pecans as you want.
Four Bedrooms - Sleeps up to 14 People:
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Lake House has an additional 2 bedroom Bunkhouse The Lake House sleeps 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the futon sofa/bed. The Bunkhouse can sleep 2 in one bedroom and can sleep up to 6 in the second bedroom on bunk beds. The Lake House and Bunkhouse together can sleep up to 14 people in beds.Kat's Landing is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Kingsland, Burnet and Marble Falls, 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and 4 hours west of Houston.
Covered porch overlooking the lake
Guests like to relax on the covered porch. The spacious covered porch gives you a front row seat to the lake and is a favorite gathering spot for outdoor dining and watching the lake activities. Ample seating is provided with five chairs and a glider.
Kat's Landing Lake House is located on the popular Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ which is great for boating, waterskiing, Jet-skiing, fishing and swimming. Lake LBJ is one of the largest and prettiest normally constant-level lakes in the United States.
A patio has a fantastic view of the water. It is adjacent to the porch
and has a barbeque grill for cooking the catch of the day.
Living Room of the lake house
The spacious living room has comfortable seating for watching satellite TV or a favorite DVD. A futon is available for sleeping 2 extra people. The french doors opening to the porch, and the other windows offer great views of the lake, making this a cheerful room for relaxing.
There are ceiling fans throughout and central air and heat.
Dining Room and Kitchen of the lake house
The dining room has seating for six at the table with additional seating for two at the bar. High ceilings add to the spaciousness of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is decorated in an attractive western motif. A large picture window with a view of the lake frames a comfortable, queen-sized bed. A large closet with mirrored doors also reflects the lake. It has a dresser with mirror, chest of drawers and night stands. The adjoining bath has double sinks, a separate shower and a bathtub.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated in a cheerful Americana motif. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. It has double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Additional Sleeping:
The air conditioned Bunkhouse rooms just off the patio include one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, night stand dresser and reading chair, and the other bedroom has two double/twin bunk beds perfect for the kids.Covered Parking:
There is plenty of space for parking at Kat's Landing. Two vehicles can park in the attached carport, and there is ample space for more vehicles to park in the extra long concrete driveway. Addition vehicles can park in the garage driveway..

Main Lake House Nightly Rental Fees:
Week nights (Sunday - Thursday) for up to 4 people.....$210 per night
Weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) for up to 4 people.....$250 per night
Holidays for up to 4 people... $250 per night
Additional guests over 4 - $10 per night each
One time cleaning fee of $85 per stay.
10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
A security deposit is required.
Taxes will be added to the prices above.Bunkhouse Nightly Rental Fees:
Add $100 per night to the rates above if you intend to use both the Main House and the Bunkhouse.Other Information:

Check out time - before 11:00 am
Two night minimum stay.
Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

This is a non-smoking lake house.
We are sorry but we do not accept charge cards.
