This family friendly retreat is ideal for kids with a large sand flat and shallow water for wading.  You can anchor a boat near the house.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled lake house comfortably sleeps 10 or more people.  The lake house is conveniently located only 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio and about 4 1/2 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.

Enjoy beautiful views of Packsaddle Mountain, the Texas Hill Country and the lake from the comfortable hammock on the covered deck.

Guests absolutely love the deck at the lake house!  They find themselves spending a great deal of time on this beautiful, spacious deck for meals, conversations and just enjoying the lake.  The hammock is a favorite spot for that afternoon nap. 

Jacuzzi with lake view

Melt away your cares in their large jacuzzi hot tub.  It is a guaranteed stress buster.  It is especially beautiful and relaxing sitting in the tub and gazing at the stars at night.  The tub comfortably holds 6 to 7 people.

Ping Pong Table

Kids and adults alike enjoy playing a game of ping pong in the game area of the garage.  There are also horseshoes, basketball and other games to play.

 
Living Room of the lake house

It is no wonder this welcoming and beautifully furnished living room looks so inviting.  The owners have an interior design store in San Antonio and used their talents to create a beautiful and comfortable environment throughout the home.

Attractive stone tile sets off the luxurious and comfy sofa/chaise and two overstuffed chairs.  A large stone fireplaces adds to the ambiance.  Watch your favorite TV shows and movies on the 50 inch Sony TV with DVD and VCR.

The living room adjoins the sun room and has a nice view of the lake.

Relax with a cup of coffee or a good book in the unique rock-walled sunroom overlooking the lake.  This pleasant room is one of the  favorite spots in the house.  The queen sofa makes into a bed for extra sleeping space.

Dining Room

The dining room is bright and cheerful and overlooks the covered porch with a view of the lake.  There is seating for 6 at the dining table.

Kitchen

The newly updated kitchen, with its gleaming granite countertops and modern appliances, is a pleasant space for preparing meals and snacks.  A dishwasher and microwave are included.  All dishes, dinnerware, pots and pans, and everything you need to prepare a meal is provided.  You only need to bring your food and drinks.

A utility room with a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. 

 
Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a comfortable deluxe matress.  An armoire, dresser, ceiling fan and TV are included in the bedroom.  The master bath has a tub/shower combination.

 
Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a comfortable deluxe mattress, TV, dresser, chair and ceiling fan.

Third Bedroom

The kids really enjoy the third bedroom.  It can sleep up to 6 people on the bunk beds with the lower double sized beds.  A TV with DVD player and dresser is included.

The bathroom for the second and third bedrooms is in the hallway and has a tub/shower combination.

All bedroom linens and towels are provided.  Please bring your own beach towels.

$25 per night extra for each person over 6 persons 
Weekly Rates - $200 discount off of 7 night's fee
Holiday weekends - $50 per night additional charge
