Conveniently located on Lake LBJ off Hwy 1431 in Kingsland, Texas.  Shopping, golf courses, and all the sightseeing you can imagine are just minutes away.  Only 60 minutes from Austin or 75 minutes from San Antonio and 10 minutes from Marble Falls, Lake LBJ is the perfect spot.

With over 3000 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and four full baths, this vacation home is perfect for two families or three. You can sleep up to 12-13 people in the home. 

The home includes a large living/ dining area with a spectacular view of the lake, and a beautiful gourmet kitchen, with all the latest appliances. 

  
Newly Added Waterfront Fire Pit with Surrounding Sofa

The new waterfront firepit with its surrounding sofa is a popular gathering place any time, day or evening.  The best views of the activity on the lake are enjoyed here.  The sofa can comfortably seat up to 16 people.  The benches along the front will seat another 20+ people and are the perfect spot for lying out to soak up the sun.

New landscape lighting has been added on the bottom of the sofa with dimmers that set a wonderful mood for enjoying the lakeside deck in the evenings.   The lights go along the base of the sofa, up the steps and into the trees.   The lighting is absolutely beautiful at night. 

Outdoor speakers are provided for enjoying your favorite music under the stars.

 

You can rent boats and jet skis locally and tie them up at our dock.   There is also a ramp provided for your jet ski.

The covered porch and surrounding tree shaded patio offers panaramic views of the beautiful sunsets over Pack Saddle Mountain.  The comfortable porch furniture makes this the perfect spot to read, enjoy a drink or just relax while enjoying the view!

Jacuzzi at the Lake House

The view of the lake from the jacuzzi is unbelievable.    Enjoy your favorite CDs with the built-in CD player.  The lakefront jacuzzi seats 7 people.  You will love this jacuzzi first thing in the morning or late at night under the stars.

The tree shaded side patio includes lush landscaping and outdoor lighting as well as beautiful furniture for al fresco dining, and a gas barbeque grill for cookouts.  This is the perfect place for soaking up the sun.

Oversized Game Room

This relaxing room comes complete with everything you need to entertain yourself or guests.  It is equipped with a granite-topped wet bar, along with a big-screen TV, VCR, DVD and a Nintendo 64 game system.  Bring your own games or movies or rent them in town.  It also includes an air hockey game, lots of board games and a card table!

Lake House Living Room

The beautifully decorated sunken living room includes a wood burning stove, 2 extra couches and TV/VCR, and offers a panoramic view of the lake.

The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight to twelve guests.

Modern Kitchen

This modern kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home including double oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and more.  We have also included dishes, small appliances, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, mixer, etc.  Just bring the food and drinks!  This will be a favorite gathering place after a day on the lake with enough room for everone to pitch in with preparing the meal.

The home also includes a large laundry room with washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator. 

Master Bedroom with Lake View

As you look out the bay window of this elegant master bedroom, you will enjoy the crisp view of the waves, the passing boats, and all the traditional sights of lake living.  The master bedroom features an oversized Jacuzzi, his and her vanities, oversized walk-in closet and full shower.

The second bedroom is only slightly smaller than the master bedroom and is specially decorated to suit a wide variety of age groups from child to adult.  With a queen sized bed, this room is a very comfortable accommodation for our valued guests.  This bedroom also includes a full sized futon for extra guests.

Our third bedroom has a queen sized bed, lots of built-ins and a TV/VCR. 

These bedrooms are connected by a large, beautifully decorated bathroom with shower.  All of the rooms include ceiling fans and all four bathrooms include showers.
