Mac & Jac's Private Cabana/Party House
Everyone loves the covered cabana/party house. It is a favorite lakeside gathering spot for listening to music, eating a meal, or swapping fish tales. Neon lights spelling out Bud and Burgers, colored lights around the ceiling, and clever signs create a fun, party atmosphere.

Two round tables provide seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. A sink, ice box and refrigerator make trips to the house unnecessary for drinks and snacks. Two ceiling fans provide a cool breeze. All you need are some tunes. Margarita, anyone?

View from the porch
The downstairs porch of the lake house provides a view of the water and the lush green lawn. The porch has a table, chairs and a hot tub.

A dip in the hot tub is ideal for getting rid of the work-week stress. The hot tub is located at the end of the porch and has a view of the water. A favorite evening activity at the lake house is enjoying the hot tub.
Outside stairs offer easy access to the upper
living quarters and screened in porch.

Screened-in Porch facing the water
The screened-in upper porch is a great spot to drink your morning coffee or catch up on family news. A wicker seating group with comfy custhions provides a comfortable spot to enjoy the water views or catch up on your reading. The spacious porch runs the width of the house and has ceiling fans and lamps for evening comfort and ambiance.

Living Room
You will appreciate the freshness of the home with its new paint, flooring, carpeting and furnishings. The living room is attractively furnished with matching loveseats with carved wood trim. A comfy overstuffed chair provides a good spot for TV viewing or watching a movie on DVD or VCR.

Dining Area
The dining area is open and looks through the porch to the waterfront. An antique oak table and wood flooring make this a cozy and appealing spot for meals and games.
You might want to join the "Big Whopper's Club." (Note the sign on the wall of the dining room.) Some world class lies...."It pulled my boat up the falls." "I fought him all day." You can probably add some other whoppers of your own.

The Kitchen
This sparkling clean kitchen with deep sinks, a garden window, subway tiles with green accent tiles, and new cabinetry make meal preparation a pleasurable task. A microwave, dishwasher, all cooking utensils and pots and pans are provided. Your food and drinks are all you need to bring.

The upstairs bedroom is painted in a restfull seafoam green and has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, two night stands and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is located in the hallway. It has a tub/shower and is decorated in a nautical theme with beadboard paneling and a crisp blue and white color scheme.

The downstairs bedroom has a charming antique bed with spindle head and footboards. A bookcase, two night stands and ceiling fan complete the room.
The downstairs bath is located between the bedroom and the bunk room. The bath is decorated in an ocean theme with a shower curtain on the tub/shower depicting tropical fish. A ceramic mermaid vase containing starfish adds a bit of whimsy to the room.

The Bunk Room
The Bunk Room is a favorite with the kids and younger adults. Two bunk beds, with a double bed below and a single above, can sleep up to six people. A small TV, desk, chest and rocking chair are provided. A spiral staircase connects the upstairs and downstairs.
