Marble Vista Lakehouse is located just off Hwy 281 on the south side of Lake Marble Falls, overlooking the town of Marble Falls just across the lake. The vacation lake house is only a 45 minute drive from Austin, about 75 minutes north of San Antonio, a 4 hour drive from Dallas/Ft. Worth, and only 3 hours from Houston.

Marble Vista Lakehouse sits overlooking Lake Marble Falls and has a dock for fishing, boating, sunbathing and swimming. Lake Marble Falls is a normally constant level lake which provides for good boating. You can tie your boat up at our dock. If you don't have a boat, you can rent one locally.
Lake Marble Falls is not only beautiful in the daytime. The view of the water at day's end is especially lovely and a sight to behold. At night the lights from Marble Falls sparkle on the water in a beautiful display.
You will love spending time on the porch, barbequeing, relaxing and watching the boats go by. It is also fun watching the birds bathe in the bird bath. The porch is the perfect spot to start the day with your morning coffee, and the perfect place to end the day with your favorite drink as the sun sets and darkness falls over the lake.
The yard is shady and inviting. Its park like setting is ideal for games and picnics.
The cheerful living/dining room is bright with lots of windows, providing ample light and a great view of the lake. Two sofas provide seating for conversation and watching 100 plus channels on satellite TV.
The sparkling kitchen has new, modern stainless steel appliances. Also available for your convenience is a microwave and a coffeemaker. The countertops are beautiful blue pearl granite. All dishes and cookware are provided for your convenience. All you need to bring is the food and drinks. There is also a view of the lake from the kitchen.

 The second bedroom has two twin beds. The home has one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. |
