The Oak House vacation lake house is located on the popular Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ near Kingsland, Texas and offers you plenty of fun activities. The lake house is nestled in the shade of many grand live oak trees and has one of the most beautiful views on this tranquil part of Lake LBJ.
This vacation lake house on Lake LBJ has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and can sleep up to 14 people. The lake house is conveniently located only about an hour's drive from Austin, 90 minutes from San Antonio, and 4 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston, Texas.
Boat Dock with Electric Lift
Guests can enjoy 125 feet of private waterfront to watch the activity on the lake or be a part of the activity. You can dock your boat in the covered boat dock. Two jet ski ramps keep your jet skis handy and ready to use. The 125 foot concrete walkway along the bulkhead is perfect for fishing and swimming.
Over-sized upper deck and lower porch provide great vistas of the lake.
There is plenty of space to sit on the upper deck of the lake home. Take in the view, share a drink or meal or just kick back and relax. Or, maybe you'd like to sit in the swing on the ground level porch and enjoy the nice lake breezes.
Antique Pool Table in the Upstairs Living RoomA party atmosphere is the theme of The Oak House. A pool table and foosball and numerous games are provided for indoor entertainment. After having fun on the lake all day, you can enjoy all of the indoor games in the evening.
Everyone can spread out and enjoy different games in the spacious 3,600 square foot home. There are two living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a game room, and dining room as well as many spots to enjoy the water on the deck, the porch and the patio.

This large lake home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and has sleeping for 8 adults and up to 12 to 14 guests total.
Dining Room and Kitchen
This beautiful kitchen has all the modern appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. It has everything that you need to prepare meals and snacks. The tiled floor and generous cabinet space make the kitchen a pleasant place for prepartion of meals.
The downstairs living room has an attractive stone fireplace and offers a great view of the lake. While the upstairs living room has a pool table and is more for activity, this living room provides a quiet place to rest or have a relaxing conversation. This living room separates the master bedroom and a second bedroom.
Master Bedroom - Downstairs
The downstairs has two bedrooms. The master bedroom (as shown above) is spacious and bright with bay windows offering a lovely view of the lake. It has a TV set and two overstuffed chairs. The adjoining bath has a jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing.
The second bedroom downstairs has a trundle bed and a comfy chair and ottoman. A coffee bar is handy just outside the bedroom for downstairs guests to enoy their morning coffee.
Third Bedroom - Upstairs
The third and fourth bedrooms are upstairs. The third bedroom has a king -sized bed and loveseat. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed and two chairs and a small desk.
