Pecan House invites you to come to Lake LBJ for great time on the lake. Lake LBJ is one of the most popular lakes in Texas for boating, waterskiing, jet skiing and swimming. The normally constant level water of Lake LBJ offers the best conditions for water activities.
You will love the immaculate and "brand new" feel of Pecan House. It has been completely remodeled and furnished with loving care.
Pecan House is located on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ only about 8 to 15 minutes from Kingsland, Burnet, and Marble Falls, Texas. It is only a 60 minute drive northwest of Austin and 90 minutes north of San Antonio, Texas. Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston are a 4 1/2 hour drive away.
60 foot long rear covered porch facing the lake
A covered porch, with a commanding view of the lake, stretches the length of the rear of the lake house for added dining and living space. The lot affords 100 feet of sloping waterfront, huge native pecan trees and a covered boat dock with lift. The perfect setting for large gatherings of friends, family and family reunions. Ceiling fans on the porch provide cool breezes and additional lighting gives extended playtime into the night.

Pecan House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. This vacation lake house will comfortably sleep up to 10 adults plus children.
Boat dock with fishing/swimming deck
A newly built boat dock has electric lift to accommodate one boat for guests. A jet ski ramp is ready for your jet ski. Boats and jet skis can be rented locally. The deck at the boat dock is perfect for fishing, swimming and sunbathing.
From Pecan House's location you can boat almost 20 miles on down Lake LBJ to Horseshoe Bay, exploring several coves along the way. You can also boat up the Llano River from Lake LBJ.
Pecan House Living RoomThe spacious and newly remodeled and decorated living room is light and open. The walls have been faux finished in a soft shade of carmel. The large sectional sofa and recliner provide ample seating for viewing TV, listening to your favorite music, playing games, reading and visiting with friends.
Dining Area and Kitchen
This large kitchen with its cozy dining area is very inviting and has great views of the lake. Two bar stools provide extra seating. The kitchen has modern top-of-the-line appliances including a Jennair grill, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Special touches such as hand painted tiles add to the character of the room. Dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and appliances, including washer and dryer, are all provided for you.
Master bedroom with view of the lakeThe master bedroom with its king-sized bed has a commanding view of the lake through the french doors to the covered porch. Guests like to lie in bed and watch the boats go by.
Second Bedroom with lake view
The second bedroom also has access to the rear covered porch and has a great view of the lake from the bed.
Fourth Bedroom
The third bedroom has a double bed. The fourth bedroom sleeps up to four people with two bunk beds.
A full sized bathroom is located between the two bedrooms above and has separate entrances from each room. A second bathroom is located in the hallway across from the Master Bedroom.
