Come live in one of the nicest areas in Central Texas. Horseshoe Bay
is a beautiful resort city with about 3,000 population on one of the nicest lakes in
Texas, Lake LBJ. Lake LBJ is one of the largest and prettiest constant level lakes
in the United States.
Horseshoe Bay is less than an hour drive northwest of Austin, 80 minutes
north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and 4 hours west of Houston.
This rental condo is located in the High Vista condos which has several
nice amenites.

lot of Live Oak trees that keep their leaves all winter long.

If you are a tennis player, you will appreciate the tennis courts.
It you do not play tennis yet, you may want to consider learning the game. It is a
lot of fun, it is a great way to meet new friends, and is excellent exercise for staying
in shape.

Friendly deer wander the grounds at High Vista. The deer are very
popular among the residents and guests.
Carports at High Vista
Renters at High Vista Condos appreciate the enclosed carports that keep
their cars clean, and keep them cool in the summer and warmer in the winter. The
carports are also handy for unloading groceries, and getting into or out of your condo in
a rare rain storm.

Giant shade trees abound at High Vista. The rolling hills among the
trees provide a very pleasant, pretty scene.

The great room at this condo consists of a very large living room that is
24 feet long by 17 ft. 8 inches wide for a total of 426 square feet. The dining area
is spacious at 13.5 feet by 10.5 feet for 141 square feet.
The left side of the living room
On the left side of the living room is a fireplace, a very comfortable
sectional sofa and a leather chair.
The right side of the living room
The right half of the living room has a sofa with an innerspring mattress
that makes into a bed, a flat screen TV with Satellite TV and a DVD player, and a game
table. Several games are supplied.
The living room has a wall of windows facing north and a sliding glass
door that goes out to the deck.
The Dining Table
The dining table seats six in comfortable chairs on rollers. It has
a large 10 foot window looking out to the yard and a big shade tree.
 
The Kitchen
The kitchen has all modern appliances including a range, refrigerator,
microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, 4-slice toaster, blender, coffee pot, garbage
disposal, and more. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a tile floor.
Everything you need is provided for you.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, two side tables, and
a large dresser.
The bathroom off the master bedroom has double sinks and a tub/shower
combination.

The Rattan Bedroom
The Rattan Bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, two side tables, two
dressers and a beautiful rattan chair. This bedroom has a walk-in closet and two
windows.
Both bedrooms are very spacious at 19 feet by 10 feet.
The Sofa-Bed
The sofa-bed in the living room has a comfortable innerspring mattress and can sleep
two people.
The condo is carpeted in the living room, dining room and the bedrooms.
It has tile flooring in the kitchen, hallway and both bathrooms.
