Sunrise Beach Lake House on Lake LBJ is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation free from responsibilities and stress.  The lake house is located on a quiet channel only 100 yards from open water on Lake LBJ in Sunrise Beach, Texas.

Lake LBJ is one of the most popular lakes in Texas for water sports because it is a normally constant level lake.  It is perfect for boating, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming and fishing.  From the Sunrise Beach Lake House you can boat down the lake several miles all the way to Horseshoe Bay or you can boat for several miles up the lake to Kingsland and the Llano and Colorado rivers.  Lake LBJ is a beautiful lake with interesting coves to explore.

Sunrise Beach Lake House is only 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio and about 4 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.

 
Covered boat dock with deck on top

Bring your boat, water skis and personal watercraft or rent them locally.  Dock your boat in the covered boat dock.  The boat dock has a large deck on top that is perfect for parties, sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing.  The deck has a roof over half of it providing shade.

The covered back porch

The lake house has a large covered porch facing the water at the rear of the home.  This is a favorite gathering spot for visiting, relaxing and enjoying the gentle lake breezes.  A table and chairs and a barbeque are provided for outdoor dining and for cooking your "catch of the day".

This newly remodeled lake house is freshly painted and furnished throughout with attractive new furniture and appliances.  It is spic and span and ready for you to enjoy.

You will find this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake home very pleasant and comfortable.  It was designed for enjoying the lake atmosphere.  It sleeps up to 8 people and both bedrooms have their own bathroom.

The living room

The high ceiling and plenty of windows creates a bright and airy living area.  Soft sage green sofas provide comfortable seating.  One sofa makes into a bed for extra sleeping for two.

A cozy wood-burning fireplace is a favorite enjoyment during the evenings.   A TV with DVD and VCR is provided.

Kitchen and dining area

Cooking is a breeze with the new appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a new dishwasher, stove and microwave.  A breakfast bar with 4 barstools is handy for a snack and keeping the cook company.  A dining table provides additional seating for four people.

The master bedroom

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, ceiling fan, night stands and closet.  A sliding door which opens onto the rear porch.  It has a master bath with a large shower.

The second bedroom

The second bedroom has two double sized beds and can sleep up to four people.  It has a night stand, dresser and closet.  An adjoining bath has a tub and a shower.

The home is available for rent on a monthly basis with the minimum rental of one month at a time.

More Information:
The Sunrise Beach Lake House is for rent by the month with a minimum of one month's rental.
The house is completely furnished with everything you need eexcept food and drinks.
The Lake House sleeps up to 8 people.
We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking is allowed on the porch, the deck and outside of the house.  No smoking in the house.

Our Prices:
June, July and August - $1,975 per month
April, May, September and October - $1,575 per month
November, December, January, February and March - $875 per month plus electricity and phone Bill

Winter Texans:
We welcome Winter Texans to spend the winter in our home.  You will find the area secnic and enjoyable and the people are friendly.  You can golf at the local golf courses all winter in our area.
