Spectacular boating, water skiing, and fishing on miles and miles of uncrowded open water make Silver Creek an ideal vacation spot for the whole family.
Houseboats, pontoon boats, and water skis are available for rent at Silver Creek Resort. We also have wakeboards, kneeboards and tubes available.
Whenever you need more gas for your boat, putter over to our dock to refuel. Yes, we have gas on the lake!
A laid back approach to enjoying the vastness of the 23,060 acres of Lake Buchanan is to explore the lake from one of our 20 or 24 foot pontoon boats. Visit the three waterfalls up the river or investigate the wildlife. Lake Buchanan is known as one of the greatest lakes in Texas, and perhaps the nation for bird watching. Over 100 species of birds are counted during the annual counts.

$45 for 1 hour
$170 for 5 hours
$270 for 10 hoursRental rates do not include fuel or sales tax.
All renters must have knowledge of boating and water safety.

Directions to Silver Creek Resort:
Go 3 miles west of Burnet on Hwy 29.
Turn north onto RR 2341. Go 12 miles.
Turn left on CR 128 (Silver Creek Drive).
At the Y go left. You will see our sign.
