Spending a weekend or a week in a cabin on the lake can be one of the most relaxing and also the most exciting vacations you can find. The gentle lake breezes and the beautiful scenic views will melt those cares away. Come on over to Silver Creek Resort. We have it all!

We have something for everyone: 2 lake rental houses that sleep up to 12 people each, and 9 lodges/cabins. We also have a swimming pool, fishing pier, boat rentals, houseboat rental, fishing guide service, fishing supplies, and gas on the water.

All of our cabins are facing the lake and offer great views of Lake Buchanan. All cabins except No. 9 have both a front door and a rear door. The rear doors open to the back yards which have barbecues, tables, and the lake just steps away. Dine in your own backyard overlooking the main lake with the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. You can almost fish from your back door.

Our shoreline transitions from a grassy, sloping hillside below our lake house to a rocky bluff spotted with oak trees. Among the trees are our lodges, all within feet of the water's edge. Below the bluff, the depths of the water reach 20 to 30 feet.

Silver Creek Resort is located on a peninsula with the lake on three sides of the resort. You will find some of the best views of the lake at our resort. You can enjoy both spectacular sunrises and sunsets from our location.

Our 100 foot covered fishing pier is popular with our guests who want to relax and enjoy the water and maybe fish a little.

Our Lakefront Cabins:
Each of our cottages is air conditioned, has fully furnished kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, and coffee makers. All linens, cable TV and barbeque grills are furnished. Cabins 1 thru 8 have two double beds. Cabin 9 has one double bed. We sell snacks, drinks, ice, toiletries, and some canned food items in case you forgot to pack something.

Our Lake House:
We rent a 2 bedroom, 3 bath lake house for your large group convenience. The two double beds in each bedroom and the two double sleeper sofas in the living room sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The lake house features an 8 1/2 X 3' bar separating the kitchen and living room.

Our Upstairs Lake House:
We also have an upstairs lake house with one bedroom, two baths, and a full kitchen. It can also sleep up to 12 people. The upstairs house has a private 600 square foot deck with the best view on the lake.
