This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 10 people. Guests really appreciate the comfortable and attractive furnishings of this lovely home, especially the elements of Texas decor.
The Star of Texas is conveniently located only 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 4 hours south of Dallas / Ft. Worth and 41/2 hours west of Houston.

Bring your boat, fishing pole, jet skis, swim suits and everything you need to enjoy the lake from this great waterfront location. Park your boat in the covered boat dock with an electric lift. A boat launch is only a few houses up the lake at Lions Park.
You can fish from the swimming/fishing pier and from the shore. An underwater lure light has been added at the dock. Guests have a lot of luck fishing from the dock.
Boats, jet skis and water toys can be rented locally.

The covered porch runs the width of the house and provides seating for outdoor dining, relaxing and enjoying the activity on the lake. Two ceiling fans offer extra breezes as well as outdoor lighting. The nostalgic wagon-wheel bench adds to the Texas theme of the lake house.

Everything you need and more is provided in this attractive open kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of room to work, a great view of the lake, lots of counterspace and a bright and inviting place to fix meals and snacks. A counter with bar stools is handy for extra seating.
Dining Area
The dining area faces the lake and is a great spot for enjoying the view while eating or playing cards and board games.
Living Room of the Lake House
The feeling of openess in the living room is enhanced by a vaulted ceiling. Ceramic tile floors add to the beauty and practicality of the home. A comfortable leather sofabed, which can sleep 2 guests, a matching loveseat and a recliner provide ample seating. The rocking chair is always a favorite.
Large windows frame the view of the lake and let in the natural light in the living area. The view of the lake is spectacular from the living room, dining area and kitchen.
Enjoy your favorite TV programs on Direct TV satellite or movies on the DVD and VCR.
