Come on out to The Lake House on Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. The water is fine, the fishing is good and the days are long and lazy. A great vacation awaits you and your family.
Lake LBJ is one of the most popular lakes for boating, jetskiing and water skiing in Texas because it is normally constant level which provides for the best in water activities on the lake. The Lake House is located on the Llano arm of Lake LBJ across from hole #17 of the Packsaddle Golf Course in Kingsland, Texas.
The Lake House is only about 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, and about 4 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.
The Lake House is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 10 people. It is the perfect family, lake vacation home. A covered boat dock is provided for your boat. Boats and jetskis can be rented locally. There is also a boat launch to launch your boat.
Boat ramp and covered boat slip have been renovated and repaved.

Two extra large picture windows in the living room bring the outside in and frame a great view of the lake. There are several seating areas in the living room and family room to visit or watch cable TV.
The living room has a sofa that makes into a double bed for extra guests.
Dining and kitchen
The modern kitchen has everything you need for making your meals and snacks. All pots, pans, dinnerware and tableware are provided. All you need to bring is your food and drinks.
All towels and linens are provided except for beach towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Front Bedroom
The spacious front bedroom has a kingsized bed and a sofa that makes into a double bed. The bath is shared with the second bedroom.

The Second Bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the front bedroom. The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and has a bathroom across the hall.
Both the Second Bedroom and the Third Bedroom have great views of the activity on the lake.

Beautiful views of the lake and Packsaddle Mountain, and sunrises and starlit nights all combine to make your stay at The Lake House a memorable experience.
