Flock of Turkeys

This photo was taken at a home in Horseshoe Bay West. This is part of a flock of 23 Turkeys that would casually stroll past the house to go down to Lake LBJ about 200 yards away to get a drink of water. The leader of the flock was a crippled gobbler who dragged one leg as he hobbled along. The turkeys were seen regularly in the area for several months.
