Vista Grande Lake House is conveniently located about 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio and about 4 to 4 1/2 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.

This attractive 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath stone home, with three terraces providing a panorama view of Inks Lake and its 600 feet of waterfront, make the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend or a longer vacation at the lake.   Guests appreciate the luxury features of this lake house.

After all of the fun activities on the lake, you will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub facing the lake.  It will melt your cares away.  Life doesn't get much better than this!

Have a picnic right at the shore of Inks Lake at Vista Grande.   Relax and enjoy the gentle lake breezes during your lunch.

Outdoor sink and fishing dock

Along with 600 feet of waterfront on the lake, the lake house also has a boat dock/fishing dock and an outdoor sink for cleaning your catch of the day.  Relax on the dock, do a little fishing, swim a little, and get a nice tan while sunbathing on the dock.   Feel free to tie up your boat at the dock.  If you don't have a boat, one can be rented locally.

Family Room with Pool Table and Wet Bar

 

The family room, with a fantastic view of Inks Lake, is set up for fun and relaxation with a pool table, a wet bar with granite counter top, a sink and mini fridge, a fireplace and a TV with DVD.  Beautiful oak-paneled walls and trim, and  a leather sofa and a chair with ottoman add to the ambience of the room.  French doors lead to a deck and on downstairs to the back yard and the lake.  Computer access is available "if you can tear yourself away from the lake!"

Kitchen of the lake house

The spacious, modern kitchen opens to the dining area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a walk-in pantry and granite counter tops.  Appliances include a Jenn Aire stove with grill for indoor grilling, dish washer, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.  The lake house provides everything you need for preparing snacks and meals.  Your food and drinks are all you need to bring.

 
Master Bedroom of the lake house

The romantic master bedroom has its own private terrace and a cozy corner fireplace for cool nights.  An armoire contains the TV and stereo.  The view of Inks Lake and Buchanan Dam from the master bedroom is spectacular.

The master bathroom has his and her sinks, a bathtub and a separate shower.

The second and third bedrooms each have a queen sized bed, a small TV and a dresser.  The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

$85 one time cleaning fee
